DODOL GARUT










Dodol Garut merupakan makanan khas dari kota Garut provinsi Jawa Barat. Terdapat banyak jenis dari dodol Garut ini, diantaranya adalah dodol wijen, dodol nanas, dodol tomat, dodol durian, dodol coklat, dan masih banyak lagi jenis-jenisnya. Dodol ini termasuk kepada makanan camilan karena rasanya yang manis.
Terdapat banyak sekali toko-toko atau warung-warung yang menyajikan dodol sebagai jualannya. Di sepanjang jalan kota Garut banyak penjual yang menjajakan dodol garut, terutama di jalan-jalan yang sebagai pintu gerbang ke daerah lain di sekitar kota Garut.
Orang banyak yang menyukai dodol Garut ini karena rasanya yang khas, sehingga membedakan dengan dodol-dodol yang berasal dari daerah lainnya di Indonesia.
Inilah resep untuk membuat Dodol garut.
Bahan :
• 1 kg tepung ketan
• 2 kg gula merah
• 2 ons gula pasir
• 2 sendok santan cair
• 4-6 buah kelapa untuk santan kental
Cara memasaknya:
• Tepung dan irisan gula merah yang halus dicairkan dengan santan cair, lalu direbus sampai kental dan tuangkan santan kentalnya
• Demikian terus dimasak sampai kental sekali. Sesudah memasak dituang diatas tampah yang diberi dengan kertas minyak, lalu diolesi dengan minyak goreng sampai rata, dinginkan dulu lantas digulung hingga bulat panjang kemudian dibungkus lagi dengan kertas minyak.

DREAMLAND BEACH, BALI


Dreamland Beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in Bali. It is located in the Southern Peninsula of Bali, south of Bali airport and about 30 minutes from Kuta Center. Dreamland Beach is also known as New Kuta. This is not anywhere near the busy Kuta Center where the famous Kuta Beach is. It is located near Jimbaran, next to a resort area known as “Pecatu Indah Resort”, South of Bali airport.
Dreamland Beach has soft white sand and the beach is cleaner than the beaches in the main tourist areas. It is great to sit there and watch the wonderful surf and activity. Also the sunset is spectacular here.
Within the resort area are an 18 hole golf course and restaurants. Nearby attractions include Ulu Watu temple, Jimbaran Beach where you can enjoy delicious fresh grilled seafood, the GWK (Garuda Wisnu Kencana) Cultural Park, and Bali Collection shopping complex in Nusa Dua.

NATIONAL FOLK MUSEUM, SOUTH KOREA


This National Folk Museum of Korea is a national museum of South Korea. It is situated on the grounds of the Gyeongbokgung (Gyeongbok Palace) in Jongno-gu, Seoul, and uses replicas of historical objects to illustrate the folk history of the Korean people.
The museum was established in 1924 by a Japanese Yanagi Sōetsu. That name was changed afterwards by the U.S. Government. on November 8, 1945. The museum has three exhibition halls which illustrate 'The History of the Korean People' from pre-historic times to the end of the Joseon Dynasty in 1910, 'The Lifestyle of the Korean People', and 'The Lifecycle of a Korean from Birth to Death'. It also houses a children's museum and an outdoor exhibition. The museum was originally sited on Mt Namsan, and moved to Gyeongbokgung in 1975. The current building was built in 1972 and housed the National Museum of Korea until 1986. It was remodelled, and reopened as the National Folk Museum in 1993. The building's design is based on various historical buildings around South Korea.
At the front there is a gateway to this area, shaped like a castle, so go there courtyard, with gardens filled with trees and colorful flowers. In this section, first served statues of stone, which are all derived from antiquity. With a background such as buildings with 5 steps. This is the second gate before entering into the Museum. After entering the second gate, the front there is the Demo Room, featuring a drugs, spices, clothing peasants and farm equipment used in first Korean nation, every booth showing each.
